Eligible Participants

  • Undergraduate Students - All years and disciplines welcome.
  • Graduate Students - Master's and Ph.D. candidates in any field.
  • Recent Graduates - Graduated within the last year.
  • Working Professionals - Tech enthusiasts and innovators from all industries.

Team Formation

  • Participants can register as individuals or in teams of 2-4 members.
  • Teams can be interdisciplinary, combining expertise from different domains.
  • Each team must designate one team leader for registration and communication.
  • Team members can be from different institutions or organizations.

Project Requirements

  • Projects must be original and innovative, created during the hackathon period.
  • Solutions should align with one or more of the LaserHacks 2025 themes (AI, Cybersecurity, IoT, Image Processing, etc.).
  • Teams must demonstrate technical feasibility and potential real-world impact.
  • All code and materials must be submitted to the hackathon platform by the deadline.

Participation Rules

  • All participants must register before November 1, 2025.
  • Participants must be present (in-person or virtual) during the hackathon period.
  • Plagiarism or use of pre-existing projects will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Teams must present their projects to judges during the designated time slot.
  • All participants must follow the LaserHacks Code of Conduct.
